PYE Veloster Radiogram

from A$3,250.00

Serviced, completely restored and presented to you by Retraphonics; a vintage audio specialist dedicated to restoring and preserving some of Australia's finest vintage audio.

This 1970 PYE Veloster is an exceptionally uncommon Australian-made radiogram and one that rarely comes onto the market. Featuring a transistor stereo amplifier, it delivers beautifully clear, powerful stereo sound while offering the reliability of solid-state electronics.

The amplifier has been completely restored, with all aged electrolytic capacitors replaced, faulty components renewed where required, controls professionally cleaned and serviced, and the unit thoroughly tested to ensure reliable operation for years to come.

Fitted with a fully automatic BSR stacking turntable, you can stack multiple records and enjoy continuous playback exactly as it was designed over 50 years ago. The turntable has been fully serviced, lubricated and adjusted, with a brand new cartridge and stylus supplied and installed for outstanding sound quality.

If you'd like to enjoy modern music too, we can also supply an optional iPhone adaptor, allowing you to play Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and more directly through the radiogram.

The cabinetry has been carefully restored and presents beautifully, making it just as much a statement furniture piece as it is a quality music system.
