Kriesler Futureline 1970
These Kriesler Futureline Radiograms were handmade in Australia between 1966 and 1974, with this particular example being a stunning early 1970 model.
There is something about the Futureline range that instantly pulls you in. The clean mid century lines, sliding speaker doors and rich oiled teak cabinetry make these one of the most desirable Australian radiograms ever produced. Even before switching it on, it completely transforms the feel of a room.
Photographed entirely in natural light just after restoration, what you are seeing is exactly how this unit presents in person. No editing, filters or photoshop. The warmth and depth in the real timber veneer truly speaks for itself.
Underneath the cabinet sits a beautiful six valve Multi Sonic amplifier paired with full range 8” speakers, delivering that unmistakable warm valve sound these Krieslers became known for. Rich, smooth and effortless to listen to for hours.
Fully restored by us inside and out. The valve amplifier has been thoroughly rebuilt with all tired capacitors replaced, tuner serviced and aligned, controls cleaned and valves tested and replaced where necessary. Valve sockets and switches have also been professionally cleaned throughout.
Fitted with a fully automatic Garrard stacking turntable, this is the kind of setup that makes listening to records an experience again. Load the spindle with your favourite vinyl, press one button and let it continuously drop and play each album automatically.
The turntable itself has been completely rebuilt from the ground up. Every mechanism has been dismantled, cleaned, re-lubricated and correctly reassembled. A brand new cartridge and stylus has also been installed.
A genuine Australian made statement piece that sounds every bit as beautiful as it looks.
iPhone and Samsung compatibility available.
Shipping Australia wide weekly. Local inspections welcome on the Gold Coast. Feel free to bring along a vinyl of your choice during your viewing.
Measurements: 1219L x 438D x 699H (mm)
